2. Life Membership be awarded to Maria Clark for services to Blacktown Tennis Inc.
3. The quorum required for an AGM or Special General Meeting to be valid, be reduced from 25 eligible members to 15 eligible members.
4. The quorum required for a Management Committee meeting to be valid, be reduced from 11 to 7 elected members of the Committee.

08/06/2006 - 2006 Hardcourt Championships
The 2006 Slazenger Metropolitan Hardcourt Championships will be conducted by the NSW Hardcourt Tennis Association in July.
The tournament, which is the largest in NSW, will be conducted in two sections. Open and Special events for men and women will be played from 6pm Friday 7 July, on Saturday 8 July and Sunday 9 July. The finals will be scheduled for Saturday 15 July. The winners and runners-up in Open and Special events will receive prize money with a purse of $1,000 available for the winner of the Men's Open Singles. Play will be held at the Sydney International Tennis Centre at Homebush.
The junior section of the tournament will start on Monday 10 July with the 18, 16 and 14s events being conducted at the Sydney International Tennis Centre and at Auburn. The 12 and under events will be played at Cintra Park also commencing on Monday 10 July. The 10 and under events will commence on Thursday 13 July at Cintra Park.

Free tennis from 7.30 pm Monday 19 June 2006 for prospective players in our Monday Night Men's competition.

15/03/2006 - Annual General Meeting Held Over
The AGM scheduled for Tuesday 14/3/2006 has been held over as a quorom was not achieved. Under the rules, the meeting will proceed 8 pm Tuesday 21 March 2006 at 12 Amazon Rd, Seven Hills.
03/03/2006 - Interdistrict Competition 2006
The NSW Hardcourt Teams Competition provides a competition suitable for all players. It caters for the youngest junior through to the most senior adult.
The competition commences in June and concludes in September.
